Bookings for campus eateries are considered on a case-by-case basis for official HKU events. Please note that quotes for venue hire and catering services will vary depending on your needs. Once your booking request is approved, the respective caterer shall contact you directly to discuss pricing and arrangements.
To submit a booking request, please contact us at catering@hku.hk with the following information.
- Name of the event
- Date and time
- Number of participants
- Preferred campus eatery
- Cateirng service needed
